Come take a tour with us. We begin with the opened-up living room, created by us removing a wall that once separated the kitchen. Our clients love the light that comes into the house in the mornings now.
The expanded kitchen now has a large island making entertaining even more inviting. The expanded staircase now has a convenient path for the extra previously unused upstairs area.
Here is a view of the Rappahannock River from Master Bedroom, easy to imagine our clients waking each morning to begin their enjoyment of their newly renovated and remodeled home.

While we are excited to show all of our finished work, here we provide an idea of how cramped the home was before the arrival of Mast Builders. The screen porch was converted to give us the expanded space inside. The kitchen was cramped and blocked off from the living room.
The remodeling and renovation project now created an open kitchen design for entertaining with an amazing view of the Bay.
Many details can be overlooked, such as the floating shelves in both the Kitchen and Living Room, to ensure a consistent feel of openness.
The feel of this openness begins not only from the front and back entrances, but also from the hallways leading from the bedroom.
Our attention to detail extended to the outside of the home with this privacy fence to enclose the HVAC units and an exterior shower.
Here we show this Middle Peninsula Home Remodel & Renovation facing Chesapeake Bay. This little cottage has now been expanded and updated for the family to enjoy for many years to come.
