Here we showcase a new addition project that we completed in Northern Neck. We begin by taking you through a walk-through of the finished project.
On the top of this page is the front of this New Addition, and the following shows the back of the garage with composite balcony and lounge chairs. Picnic table, kayaks, gravel pad, and an outdoor bathroom all provide the perfect new space to enjoy.
A lot of planning took place well before the actual construction takes place. This is a specialty that can not be overlooked including foundation plans, measurements, floor plans and construction specifics.
After all the planning was completed, we were ready to begin the physical work. Here we show the foundation poured and the start of framing.
The structure is now coming into view with the second floor joists set and ready for the subfloor. We then continue with the installation of the rafters and ridge beam.
The siding is installed in the front second floor and ready for roofing with the second image. And the back side already has the siding being completed and along with the roofing.
The deck has been completed giving a beautiful view of the Rappahannock River.
And while the construction was completed, we still had a few things to finish such as lifting refrigerator over deck rails and installing a cedar ceiling in the breezeway.
Now we can go inside to see the Living Room and Kitchenette area, the bedroom and bathroom. This make a wonderful studio above the garage.
