Our Success is Based on Relationships
Mast Builders has been in business since 1989 and have built and remodeled over 120 custom homes. Our Mission Statement was founded on integrity based upon Biblical principles. Our goal has always been to provide our clients with complete satisfaction that would cause them to choose us for future projects and to recommend us to friends and family with confidence. But it goes way beyond that. We sincerely enjoy not only the relationships formed with our customers, but with everyone else including our employees, trade partners and suppliers. We have been blessed for having such a great business. We put on this event to show our sincere appreciation for being able to complete great projects with so many fabulous people over the years!
We brought everyone together at the Deltaville Maritime Museum. Here in Virginia, it’s pretty easy to tell: we love LOVE. From our iconic Virginia is for Lovers slogan to the 300+ LOVEworks around the state, LOVE can be found in every corner of the Commonwealth. It was a nice addition to the feelings we wanted to share with everyone in attendance. Some fall decor was used to bring in a warm and inviting feeling.

We created an inviting atmosphere upon entering the event. Here are customers arriving and signing the guest book.

The excitement was high while we enjoyed so many arriving, from customers to suppliers such as the Sherwin Williams representatives.

We wanted to create an atmosphere where all would enjoy the extended relationships.

Relationships Extend Far and Wide
Mast Builders doesn’t just work with subcontractors. They are more than that – they are integral parts of the success working for our clients. We prefer to see them as our trade partners. Here is CW and his wonderful wife Mary Alice. CW does gravel and driveway work for us. And here is Daniel chatting with David DiSpirito, one of the areas great architects that has referred many jobs to us.

Our team’s table. Starting on the left, Jennifer and John from Sherwin Williams. Teresa, our cabinet finisher. To her right, we have Jason, one of our carpenters and his date. On the far side of the table, continuing around are Josh and, his date, Sara (smiling big at the camera). Josh is joining the team to work on programming and building cabinets for us. In the distance is another contractor who we became friends with, Todd Milton who is a remodeler in Appomattox.

The mood was festive and it was now time to eat!

The Main Event
Here is Sarah welcoming everyone to the event and introducing Daniel, with Karyn by his side as Daniel was speaking about the progression of Mast Builders.

Daniel speaking about the beginning of Mast Builders when he was working with his son Anthony, who has since moved away and started his own business with a similar name. Anthony spoke about his experience with working with his dad; and how much he appreciated what his dad has done for him, and how much he looks up to him.

Original People Honored
We went back to where it all began. Introducing Rusty & Betty Acree. They were one of Mast Builders first clients in the Northern Neck. We started working with them and have continued projects with them over a long time. We just finished up on a Master Suite addition to their home before our Appreciation Dinner.

Daniel, Karyn, & Grace. Here we are talking about how Grace was one of the first employees and how she has helped the company over the years.

Everyone gathering around for dessert and making conversation with new and familiar faces.

A Heartfelt Thank You
From left to right, Teresa Jenkins, Louis Scalpati, Grace Emminizer-Davis, Daniel Mast, Karyn Mast, Jeff Ericson, & Sarah Brown. All of us at Mast Builders are so grateful for all that attended and made this such a special event.

Thanking everyone who has been a part of our business throughout the years! Wishing you continued health and the enjoyment of whatever we have remodeled or built together.
