Our story for home remodeling and renovation project begins here. Come inside to begin this exciting journey.
We begin at Kitchen Remodel portion of the project with so many details to share. The backsplash is Viviano Dolomite Honed Stacked Marble Mosaic. The Cafe appliances include the cooktop, and dishwasher that is in Matte Black with Stainless Steel Hardware. There is an Arch Decorative Base (Chamfer) for the sink base. Be sure to not miss the river outside the window before your eye travels to the second kitchen image that shows the view from the right-side.
Turning the opposite direction allows for a wonderful view of the family room from the kitchen along with many more remodeling details. The crown molding is 4 5/8″ Cove with Chamfer. The faucet is an Ocala Single-Hole Kitchen Faucet with Pull-Down Spring Spout in Matte Black. The sink is Elkay Quartz Luxe 33″ Single Bowl Undermount in Charcoal. And the floor tile is Montalcino Valencia Greige Matte in Porcelain 15×30.
Just through the kitchen is this beautiful Living Area for eating and relaxing.
The master bathroom remodel gives a whole new appeal for which the owner jokingly talks about the tile in the video. The counter tops are Quartz Calacatta Ocellio. One cannot miss the Signature Hardware 59″ Ocala Solid Surface Freestanding Tub and cabinetry that is in Super White Color.
This room too has so many details to share including a decorative Toe Valance under the sinks and floor tile in Maravilla Otto Thassos Valentino Blend Marble Mosaic. Then there are sinks that are Verticyl 16 1/2″ rectangular undermounts and faucets that are Bilancio Widespread in Matte Black.
While we are excited to show all of our finished work, here we provide an idea of how dated the home was before the arrival of Mast Builders.
Bring Your Dreams to Life
We began with some very detailed schematics and design work before the actual remodeling and renovation process. Here is a rendition of the Kitchen.
A lot of planning took place well before the actual construction takes place. This is a specialty that cannot be overlooked including measurements, floor plans and construction specifics. After the renditions, we created detailed plans with so many other details with a sample shown next.
The finished project is simply stunning even without seeing the before images as well as the designs and planning. But the knowledge of what it looked before provides an even bigger appreciation for the work.
This home remodel and renovation project also carried through to the laundry room. The floor tile is Kavala White Porcelain. The backsplash is Satori Nero Polished Natural Stone Marble Look Mosaic Wall Tile. There is a front-loading GE washer and dryer. The countertop us Hilite HQ Quartz in Calacatta Black.
One can imagine the homeowners enjoying so much time in their new updated home, in addition to enjoying the wonderful scenery outside too..
