Traditionally we would not focus on a singular screen porch build as an independent service. We are sharing this Outdoor Living project that was a beautiful part of a home renovation also consisting of a major Bathroom Remodel and Fireplace Renovation. This may be relevant in case going outside becomes an opportunity for us to consider with any of the above main projects we work on at your home.
Here we showcase a new Screen Porch Build that we completed in Northern Neck.
It began as a simple outdoor deck without any protection from the elements.
Framing is complete, and we’re ready to move into the staircase build phase. Also is the prep work for a 10’x12′ paver patio at the base of the steps coming off of the porch. Our clients wanted a place for their grill to enjoy cooking outside with the warmer weather.
This 10′ x 12′ patio was built using dimensionally shaded gray Belgard concrete pavers. The pavers were installed in a randomized ABC laying pattern to create a rustic, organic look while eliminating harsh straight lines. This layout adds depth, movement, and natural character to the outdoor living space, resulting in a custom patio design that blends strength, style, and functionality. The appeal is complemented with a while vinyl railing.
This blue PVC beaded ceiling adds classic charm and durable performance to this outdoor living space. Designed for covered porches and patios, the moisture-resistant PVC beadboard resists warping, rot, and humidity while delivering a clean, low-maintenance finish. The soft blue tone enhances natural light and creates a bright, inviting atmosphere—perfect for relaxing or entertaining outdoors.
